All customers personal details will be registered in our database and they will not be publicly divulged under any circumstance; they will be kept in strict confidentiality and any user will be able to access to them. Only SUTRAN I mas D will be able to access to this information.

Shipments and returns

A delivering company will take care of the shiping. There are two ways to place an order:

1- Phone call: You can place your order by phone when we will take your personal details. The payment will be COD (cash on delivery) and the order will be sent to you within 1 and 3 working days. The courier will collect the total amount when he will give you the parcel.

2- Through our website. This way accepts two payment procedures: with credit/debit card or COD. You will receive the parcel within 1 and 3 working days, and in the first case you do not have to give any money to the courier.

To place your order you will have to detail: 

- Kind of T-shirt: Man/Woman, T-shirt/Woman jersey, Black/White

- Kind of neck: Round or V neck (Woman jersey have only V neck)

- Size: Man (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL), Woman (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) Woman jersey (XS, S, M, L, XL)

- Personal details: Name, Surname, Contact Phone Number, Complete Address, Zipcode, Town, Area, Country

Returns and / or complaints 

Returns and/or complaints must be processed during the 30 following days after the delivery of the T-shirts. You only have to contact our Customer Service (by phone or by e-mail) letting us know the reason of the return, the garment exchange you wanted to do or the appropriate complaint.

In order to return the product it may not be damaged. In case of rips the returns or complaints will not be accepted.

Sutran ImasD S.L. will not take charge of delivering costs in case of a return or exhange of a garment if the reason is a size exchange.
