What is Sutran technology?

Sutran® Technology is the first intelligent fabric able to completely eliminate sweat marks. With this technology we can make any kind of garment for our daily use or even for doing sport.

Which is the difference between Sutran and Sutran Casual?

Sutran tries at any time to avoid the sweat marks to give you comfort and help you to keep a good image. As we know that everyone has different needs, Sutran has one line directed to those with a high transpiration level which will protect from the sweat marks in the more severe cases. On the other side Sutran Casual will give protection with lighter and cooler fabrics to those with occasional perspiration.

Who has developed it?

It has been a Spanish invention, fulfilled by Sutran® engineers and the CTF (Technological Investigation Center) of the UPC (Polytechnic University of Barcelona)

To who is it addressed?

It was originally created for people suffering from excessive perspiration (hyperhidrosis), but currently Sutran has become the solution to all those who want to keep a spotless image in their daily life.

For example businessmen, directors, teachers, waiters and all kind of people working in public. Sports’ world has also adopted Sutran® as the ideal garment for doing it due to its high comfort and adaptability.

Use and maintenance

It should be an everyday washing system in the washing machine, with a color separation as any conventional garment. We want to point out that the use of softener does not damage the fabric but it does decrease the absorption properties.

The printed model must be washed inside out to avoid deterioration.

May I use dryer?

As in all textile products, dryer might slightly affect to the aspect of the garments. However, for Sutran® T-shirts, the rise of temperature without sun rays in the drying process helps considerably to keep its properties.

Does it eliminate the bad smell?

After a statistic control, the conclusion is that Sutran® T-shirts do not accentuate nor diminish odor body.

Where is it made?

All the manufacture processes are national (Barcelona).

May it have any repercussion to the skin?

All the fabrics and manufacture processes are under the stricter quality control of the label Öko-Tex standard100 and the CE regulations.

How long do they last?

Tests carried out by UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalunya), show that Sutran® products keep their efficacy up to 50 washes with an imperceptible decrease of their properties (see washing conditions).

These tests have been made regarding a mid-high degree of perspiration and it is possible that they vary its effectiveness depending on the level of personal sweating and even reaching the 70 washes in cases of usual perspiration.

Can you make a garment that lasts more?

In order to guarantee the healthiness and the transpiration of our body, Sutran® products offer a balance between effectiveness and health. We still make tests to improve the efficacy in severe perspiration levels.
